Chip Cart Attendant (Chips Cashier/Teller)

Qualified candidate for Chip Cart Attendant provides support to customers, floor staff, and Assistant Floorpersons by performing the following duties listed below.
Checks out bank for Chip Cart from Vault at the Main Cage at beginning of the shift.
Changes chips for cash or chips.
Responsible for a bank of chips and cash.
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with numerous distractions.
Ability to work the entire shift in a smoking environment.
Must be available to work any shift including weekends, holidays, on call and overtime when needed.
Other job-related duties as assigned.
Qualified individuals must be able to regularly stand, walk, lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds. Ability to work in smoking environment. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with numerous distractions. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and ability to adjust focus
High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED)preferred; one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Banking or casino experience preferred.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
